Rhode's Kajukenbo will be hosting a seminar opened to all levels of those interested in martial arts and to those interested in next
level fitness.
We will be conducting a full day of fitness training, mix martial arts, kajukenbo techniques and ground work jiu jitsu defense.

The day will run from 9 AM to 4pm.
Cost will be: $100
For a full action packed day of training, which will include
Self defense techniques
Cardio/MMA
Kajukenbo
Grappling

Sifu Dusty Rhodes and Sibok D.Walker will be heading Back out to the Pit to train with John Hacklemen, Chuck Liddel and Glover Texeira.
This will be a cross country trip, to bring back more of that PIT style to New York. See you guys soon with more Pit coming your soon.
