We've been serving New Rochelle for 15 + years, our primary location always in New Rochelle, New York. We started on Webster ave, moved to North ave and then decided to go back to open up a school at the corner of Webster ave and Main st. We are a family oriented school. We train HARD, promote Focus, Discipline and Respect. We are a Self Defense School and now that we are affiliated with THE PIT we incorporate Elite Fitness and THE PIT method of training.
