We've been around for 15 years having our school located the whole time in New Rochelle, New York. We started out in Webster ave, moved to North ave and then decided to go back to open up a school at the corner of Webster ave and Main st. We are a family oriented school. We train HARD, promote Focus, Discipline and Respect. We are a Self Defense School and now that we are affiliated with THE PIT we incorporate Elite Fitness and THE PIT method of training. Combined you get the best of defense and offense while getting yourself in tremendous shape. You don't have to be a fighter to train like a fighter.
