We train and focus our students to be prepared for everyday life. We teach self-defense and train Amateur and Pro Fighters. Whether on the steets, outside playing, going and coming from school or just where ever you might be on a daily basis: young and old; we train you for Self Defense and Defending your loved ones. We aim to teach discipline, self-esteem, elite fitness, weight management, stamina, focus, confidence, and for our kids - achieving good grades. The goal of the school is for all students to obtain a healthy body and a strong mind through their training. The Kajukenbo motto is "Train Strong To Remain Strong."
