We train and focus our students to be prepared for everyday life. We teach self-defense and competitive fighting. Whether on the steets, outside playing, going and coming from school or just where ever they might be on a daily basis: young and old. We aim to teach discipline, self-esteem, elite fitness, stamina, focus, confidence, and good grades for our kids. We conduct periodic checks on test scores and report cards to see how our kids and young adults are perfoming in school. The goal of the school is for all students to obtain a healthy body and a strong mind through their training. The Kajukenbo motto is to "Train Strong To Remain Strong."

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR FIGHTERS

On Sat Oct 10th we had 3 fighters from the Rhodes Kajukenbo & the PIT fight team; Bart, Freddy and Frankie fighting at 175lbs, 175lbs and 140lbs participate in amateur kickboxing matches in Patterson NY.
We had 3 great fights, 3 great wins with 2 of them being Technical Knock Outs.
Thanks for everyone for coming, we really appreciate the participation and the support. We will continue with harder training in the months to come! Thanks again to everyone for coming out!
